Decentralised Probabilistic Consensus Control for Stochastic Complex Dynamical Networks

This letter is concerned with the consensus analysis and control problems for a class of stochastic complex dynamical networks (SCDNs) that consists large number interconnected nodes. In particular, unified probabilistic decentralised framework established where randomised controllers are designed such individual subsystems in network synchronise their states each other to achieve whole network. The proposed quite general, all components within this including local controllers, systems' models, communications between system modelled using models. general solution arbitrary models obtained then demonstrated on linear Gaussian systems, thus obtaining desired results. Furthermore, numerical example presented illustrate effectiveness usefulness theoretical development.
